Week ending 5 July 2020

I hope you have had a good week and are looking forward to some better weather this coming week!

The fishing seemed much harder everywhere last week but, with the forecast looking much better this week, the fishing should pick up again.

Kennick produced a rod average just under 2 fish per person but Burrator was the only water over 2 fish per person with Simon Jefferies catching the best fish at 3lb 8oz to a Kennick Killer.

Dean Boucher caught the best fish from Colliford this season at 2lb 4oz (photo below)

Perch fishing by boat at Roadford is now open again if you fancy something different and there was plenty of action last week as Bruce Elston managed over 60 fish to his jig set up with the best being 2lb 8oz!

We have 4 boats available at Kennick, 2 at Siblyback and 2 at Roadford. Two people are now permitted per boat.

Great news for boat anglers – boats are now bookable for Roadford and Siblyback. Here are the links to book a boat which can only be done online or by calling our office on 01566 771930.
